Commercial We work with some of the south east's largest contractors and social housing providers including Keepmoat, B & T Property Services, Tony James Property Services etc as well as schools, Property Managers and Private Developers. These contracts have taken us in to hotels such as The Grand Connaught, The Berkely, The Westbury, and more recently the De'vere Hotel, Wokefield Park, Reading.
We carry out work for many Estate Agents including Porter Glenny, William H Brown, Robert Stephens, Attwood Property Services & Elite Property Services. We have recently carried out work for G& D Investments and CSES Consulting replacing the Aluminium Windows to Penman Solicitors, Grays.
As a chosen contractor for Keepmoat we have installed UPVC Windows and Doors, Composite Doors and FD30 Composite Doors into Local Authority Housing properties across Thurrock. Throughout this contract, we have been actively involved in all aspects of tenant liaison. This saves time and resources for the client and allows us to offer a personal approach to the tenants, some of whom are elderly and/or infirm and appreciate the one to one approach we can offer.
